On-Prem (Virtual) to Cloud
Lift VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM estates into the cloud with conversion tooling, network parity, and application-safe cutovers.

What we actually deliver
Virtual-to-cloud looks simpler than physical migration until you hit snapshot chains, linked clones, custom vSwitches, and agents that assume a vCenter folder structure. We inventory clusters, datastores, templates, and the backup products sitting on top of them. Each VM is scored for rehost, rebuild, or retire based on OS support, disk layout, and whether the application already has a cloud-native path.
Conversion is planned, not improvised. We choose tooling that matches your hypervisor and target cloud — agent-based replication, image conversion, or rebuild from golden images — and we test NIC mappings, disk controllers, and licensing activation before a production weekend. Shared services such as DNS, file, and identity are moved or dual-homed so application VMs do not land in a network island.
Many virtual estates carry years of unused templates and zombie VMs. We use the migration as a hygiene pass: rightsize CPU and RAM, drop unused disks, and stop replicating machines nobody owns. That keeps cloud bills honest from week one instead of cloning on-prem waste.
After cutover we validate application health, backup jobs, and monitoring on the new side. Hyper-V or VMware tooling is retired only when the last dependent VM is gone, so you are not paying hypervisor licenses and cloud compute at the same time without a plan.
