Cloud to On-Prem (Virtual)
Bring selected cloud workloads back onto your virtualization platform when cost, latency, or data residency make repatriation the right call.

What we actually deliver
Repatriation is not a reversal of cloud strategy. It is a deliberate decision that a specific workload is cheaper, faster, or more compliant on your own hypervisor. We help you choose those workloads with numbers: egress, reserved instance waste, noisy-neighbor latency, and the operational cost of running the same stack in two places. Applications that still benefit from cloud elasticity stay put.
The on-prem landing zone has to be ready: capacity, storage performance, backup, identity, and network paths that reach users and remaining cloud services. We convert images or rebuild from the same pipelines you already use so the repatriated VM is not a snowflake. Hybrid connectivity stays in place for APIs and data that still live in the cloud.
Cutover follows the same runbook discipline as a cloud landing. DNS, certificates, and firewall rules are updated with a rollback. We verify backup jobs on the hypervisor and monitoring that does not still point at cloud agents that no longer exist.
When the move is done you have a documented boundary: what remains in the public cloud, what runs on-prem, and how the two talk. That boundary is what keeps the next budget cycle from oscillating between all-in cloud and all-in datacenter without evidence.
