Support-only Services

Take an estate you already run and put it under SLA: tickets, patching, monitoring response, and change windows without rebuilding it first.

The offering

What we actually deliver

Support-only is for organisations that already have infrastructure they intend to keep. You do not want a redesign; you want someone accountable when a disk fills, a certificate expires, or a vendor patch is due. We start with an onboarding assessment: what exists, what is monitored, what is backed up, and what is too fragile to touch without a project. That assessment sets the SLA, the in-scope list, and the exclusions.

Day-to-day work is tickets, patch windows, access requests, and incident response during contracted hours. We do not silently rebuild your network because it would be nicer. Changes that exceed support — new sites, migrations, architecture — are scoped as projects so the monthly contract does not become an unbounded build.

Monitoring and backup are brought to a minimum bar if they are missing, because you cannot support what you cannot see. Those gaps are called out in onboarding with a price, not buried in a surprise invoice. Escalation paths to your application owners and vendors are written down.

This model fits teams that are short on senior operators, covering leave, or handing a stable estate to a partner while product engineering stays in-house. If the estate is unsafe to support, we will say so and recommend infra-only or a combined build before we sign an SLA.

What you get

Onboarding report with in-scope systems, exclusions, and SLA hours
Ticketed patching, incident response, and change windows
Minimum monitoring and backup bar, or a priced gap list
Clear split between support work and billable projects

How we work

A delivery path you can follow

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.

  1. 01

    Onboard with eyes open
We inventory, read runbooks, and name systems we will not support until they are made safe.
  2. 02

    Set the bar
Monitoring, backup, and access paths are completed or listed as paid gaps.
  3. 03

    Operate to SLA
Tickets, patches, and incidents follow contracted hours and severity.
  4. 04

    Review monthly
Capacity, recurring incidents, and project overflow are reviewed so the contract stays honest.
