What we actually deliver

Infra-only engagements are for teams that already have people to run the platform but need a build they can trust. We design the target — on-prem, cloud, or hybrid — from identity and network up through compute, storage, and backup. The build is executed against that design, not against whoever last had the root password. You keep operational ownership; we do not sit in the pager rotation unless you later add a support contract.

Handover is the product. Runbooks, network diagrams, IAM maps, backup tests, and a named list of what is in and out of scope are delivered before we step back. Credentials are rotated into your vault. We walk your operators through restore, scale, and the first change window so the design does not die in a Confluence page nobody opens.

This offering is also how we stand up a landing zone or a new site for a team that will operate it internally. We will not hide proprietary glue. If a tool is required to keep the estate alive, it is licensed in your name and documented.

Choose infra-only when you want a clean build and an exit. Choose infra-plus-support when you want us on the other end of the ticket after go-live. Mixing the two without saying so is how ownership disputes start.
