Cloud Landing Zone & Governance
Stand up accounts, identity, network, and guardrails so every new workload lands in a governed cloud — not a personal sandbox.

What we actually deliver
A landing zone is the difference between a cloud programme and a collection of credit-card accounts. We design organisation structure, identity federation, network hubs, logging, encryption, and the policies that stop public buckets and unrestricted admin roles. The goal is that a product team can request an environment and get one that already meets your security baseline.
Governance is code and process, not a PDF. We implement preventative controls (SCPs, Azure Policy, org constraints) and detective controls (Config, Security Command Center, activity logs) with owners for exceptions. Break-glass is documented and tested. Cost allocation tags and account vending are part of the same design so FinOps is not retrofitted a year later.
We align the landing zone to how you actually ship software: shared services, CI identities, and environment promotion. A landing zone that ignores pipelines becomes a ticket queue. A landing zone that ignores security review becomes shadow IT with a prettier org chart.
Delivery includes a vending path for new accounts or subscriptions, a written exception process, and training for the people who will approve them. After go-live the landing zone can sit under our support offering or yours. We leave you with diagrams, policy-as-code in your repo, and a named owner for exceptions so the next product team does not invent a parallel account path.
