CI/CD & Release Engineering

Pipelines that build, test, and ship with environments, approvals, and a rollback — so production is not a ritual on someone's laptop.

The offering

What we actually deliver

Release engineering is how code becomes an artefact other people can trust. We design pipelines for the languages you actually ship: build, unit and integration tests, security scans you will keep, image or bundle signing, and promotion through environments. Production deploys have an owner, a window when you need one, and a rollback that has been run in non-prod.

We kill snowflake deploys. Secrets come from a vault or the cloud's native store. The same pipeline path is used by every engineer. Preview environments exist when they pay for themselves. Monorepos and multi-repo estates both work; we will not force a fashion.

Release notes, versioning, and artefact retention are part of the design so audit and rollback are possible. We integrate with your identity so production buttons are not a shared password. If you need change tickets, the pipeline creates or updates them rather than inventing a parallel process.

You get working pipelines in your account, documentation for the next service, and metrics: lead time, failure rate, time to restore. Those numbers are how we know the work stuck. The template is reused for the next repository so a second team does not invent a parallel ship path, and so production remains a promotion of the same artefact that passed staging rather than a rebuilt binary.

What you get

Pipelines that build, test, and promote without a hero laptop
Environment promotion with approvals and a tested rollback
Secrets, identity, and artefact retention designed in
Lead-time and failure metrics you can read in a review

How we work

A delivery path you can follow

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.

  1. 01

    Map the current ship path
We watch a real release, including the undocumented steps.
  2. 02

    Standardise the pipeline
Build, test, scan, and artefact steps become a template services can reuse.
  3. 03

    Promote with control
Dev, staging, production — with the approvals you actually require.
  4. 04

    Measure
DORA-ish metrics and a rollback drill prove the path is real.
