Robotic Automation

Stable, attended or unattended robots for the UI and spreadsheet work that has no API — with logging, credentials, and an owner when the screen changes.

The offering

What we actually deliver

RPA earns its place when the system of record has no usable API and the volume of clicks is eating staff time. We do not robotise a process that should be an integration. When a robot is the honest option — legacy ERP screens, portal uploads, copy-between-spreadsheets — we design attended versus unattended, credential storage, and what happens when the UI changes.

Bots are treated as production software: versioned, logged, and monitored. Selectors are written to survive minor UI churn. Sensitive data does not sit in the robot’s working folder. Scheduling and queues are explicit so two bots do not fight over the same record. We document the human fallback for the morning the vendor redesigns a form.

Governance is part of the build. Who may promote a bot, who owns a failure at 6 a.m., and which processes are banned from RPA (payments without dual control, for example) are written down. A bot farm without that list becomes shadow IT with a nicer dashboard.

Success is hours returned and error rate down, measured on the process you named in discovery. We will recommend an API or iPaaS path instead when the vendor can support it — robots are a tactic, not a strategy.

What you get

Attended or unattended bots in production for agreed processes
Credential, logging, and queue design that operations can run
A fallback runbook for UI change and bot failure
Hours-returned metric against the pre-bot baseline

How we work

A delivery path you can follow

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.

  1. 01

    Prove it needs a robot
If an API or export exists, we automate that instead of clicking the GUI.
  2. 02

    Design the farm
Attended versus unattended, credentials, and queues are decided before development.
  3. 03

    Build and harden
Selectors, retries, and logging are treated as production code.
  4. 04

    Operate
Ownership, promotion, and UI-change response sit with a named team.
