The offering

What we actually deliver

Process automation is for work that already has a known sequence — employee onboarding, vendor setup, invoice exception, access request, change approval — but still lives in inboxes and shared drives. We map the current path with the people who run it, including unofficial steps that keep the business moving. Only then do we put the work in a workflow engine, service desk, or lightweight app so status is visible and every handoff has an owner.

The aim is not to digitise a bad process. We remove loops, collapse duplicate approvals, and write the exception path so the happy path is not the only one that works. Integrations with HR, ERP, identity, and email are done where they reduce re-keying; we do not build a new system of record when you already have one.

Controls stay explicit. Audit trails, SLA clocks, and escalation exist because someone will ask who approved what. We keep the first release small enough that operations can adopt it — one process in production beats a twelve-process design that never launches.

After go-live we measure cycle time and exception rate against the baseline we captured in discovery. If the numbers do not move, we change the workflow, not the slide. You get a process you can explain to auditors and to the people who use it on Monday.

What you get

Documented as-is and to-be process with exception paths
Workflow in production for at least one high-volume process
Integrations that remove re-keying rather than add a new silo
Cycle time and exception metrics against a pre-automation baseline

How we work

A delivery path you can follow

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.

  1. 01

    Map with operators
We sit with the people who run the process, not only with the process owner’s slide.
  2. 02

    Redesign the path
Duplicate approvals and silent drops are removed before anything is automated.
  3. 03

    Build the first process
One volume process goes live with audit trail, SLA, and an exception queue.
  4. 04

    Measure and extend
Cycle time is compared to baseline; the next process is chosen from evidence.
