Industrial Automation
Connect shop-floor systems to IT — telemetry, job tickets, and controlled change — without treating a plant like a web app.

What we actually deliver
Industrial automation at Audmins sits at the IT/OT boundary. We help plants and regional operations get data off machines, into historians or messages, and into the IT systems that schedule, ticket, and report — without putting a plant network on the public internet. Discovery includes who owns the PLC, the historian, the MES, and the change freeze around production.
We design connectivity that production can live with: segmented networks, buffered collection, and a clear rule for when IT may touch OT. Integrations are conservative. A failed job ticket is acceptable; a failed line because we restarted a collector is not. Where vendors already provide connectors, we use them. Where they do not, we build the smallest reliable path.
Change control is written for plant reality: windows, rollback, and who has authority on the floor. Remote access for vendors is logged and time-bound. Logging and alerting distinguish 'machine stopped' from 'IT collector stopped' so the wrong team is not paged.
You get a working data or workflow path, diagrams the plant engineer and the IT manager both recognise, and an operating agreement. This is not a lights-out factory programme. It is the unglamorous work that makes ERP, maintenance, and quality talk to the line.
