Small, owned internal tools that replace the spreadsheet, Access database, or shadow app your team is already running the business on.

What we actually deliver
Internal tools fail when they try to be an ERP. We build the smallest application that removes a painful gap: a booking board, a field checklist, a commission calculator, a vendor portal slice. Discovery is ruthless about what will stay in the system of record and what this tool is allowed to own. If Excel is the process, we replace the dangerous parts and leave the rest until they earn a project.
The stack is boring on purpose — usually a web app, your identity provider, and a database you already know how to back up. We ship with roles, audit logs where money or access is involved, and a handover so your team can change labels without a vendor ticket. We will not hide business rules in an unreadable no-code maze unless you explicitly want that platform.
Adoption is part of delivery. The people who used the spreadsheet help UAT. We migrate the data that matters and archive the rest. Training is a working session, not a PDF. After go-live there is a short hardening window for the 'we forgot this exception' cases that only appear in week two.
You get a tool your staff actually open, source and docs in your repo, and a clear line between this app and the systems it must not replace. When the tool later needs to become a product, that is a different engagement — we do not pretend a checklist app is a platform.

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.
