The offering

What we actually deliver

Mobile work fails when the app is treated as a UI wrapped around an unfinished API. We start from the journeys that must work offline or on a bad network, the identity you already use, and whether native, Flutter, or a well-built responsive web app is the honest choice. Store policy, push, and device permissions are designed in, not discovered at TestFlight.

We build with a backend you own — usually the same API practice as our web work — so the mobile client is not a second business-logic pile. Releases are pipeline-driven: versioning, crash reporting, and staged rollout. Design follows a component set so the fifth screen does not invent a new pattern.

Internal or workforce apps get the same discipline as consumer apps: MDM distribution if needed, forced update policy, and analytics that do not harvest more than you stated. We will recommend a PWA when a store app is theatre.

You get binaries in the stores or MDM, API docs, and a way to ship a fix in days. Ongoing store maintenance can sit under our maintenance offering. Screenshot sets, privacy text, and permission justifications are treated as release artefacts so a store rejection is a checklist miss, not a surprise two days before a campaign. Device matrix testing is written down for the phones your users actually carry.

What you get

Shippable iOS and/or Android client with a backend you own
Push, identity, and permission design that survives store review
Crash reporting and a repeatable release train
An honest recommendation of native, cross-platform, or PWA

How we work

A delivery path you can follow

Each engagement is sequenced so architecture, cutover, and handover are visible — not a black box at the end.

  1. 01

    Choose the client
Native, cross-platform, or PWA is decided against journeys, team skill, and store need.
  2. 02

    API first
Contracts and identity exist before screens are painted.
  3. 03

    Build and review
Internal test tracks catch device and policy issues before public submission.
  4. 04

    Release train
Versioning, crash reporting, and store or MDM distribution are documented.
